Mayflex extends ordering hours
Mayflex, has extended its ordering time, and customers can now place orders up until 8pm for free next-day delivery. Previously, customers could order up until 6pm for free next-day delivery, but this was too early for some. Mayflex believes that extending the ordering hours until 8pm will prove to be a benefit to its customer base.
As well as being able to order up until 8pm, the service also provides numerous other benefits, such as users being able to download product specification sheets and brochures, which can be personalised with a logo and contact details. They can also access account information and view stock availability. When ordering online, customers can create their own Planning List which will record a list of chosen products.
Marketing Manager, Tracey Calcutt, states, 'The market has changed so much in recent months; everyone is working to strict deadlines, margins are tight and high levels of customer service throughout the supply chain are crucial, so extending our working day by a couple of hours is a great benefit to our customers. This is just another way in which working with Mayflex makes life easier.'
