Real-time Muster Reporting another key feature of ACT365

A TRULY IMPACTFUL feature of ACT365, Vanderbilt’s cloud-based access control and video management solution, is real-time muster reporting.

Access control and video management are key security functions and ACT365 creates a complete solution, delivering a force that gives business owners far greater visibility and control of their property. Ease of use and convenience are key ingredients to the product’s strength and depth in the field.

With ACT365 muster reporting, fire wardens no longer have wait for a fire muster report to print. Now, they simply grab their smartphone and pull up a real-time list of everyone that is on site.

AN EXAMPLE OF such muster reporting in action can be seen on university campus’ that employ ACT365. ACT365 is installed in the university’s student accommodation to help keep their student’s safe. The ACT365 muster report will give security campus a real-time list of all students in the campus accommodation building.

When students exit their accommodation, and badge out, the muster report automatically updates. If someone is missing, campus security can check cameras and call them directly by clicking on their name in the dashboard. In the event of a fire or other emergency, ACT365 automatically unlocks all doors allowing students to reach safety.

ACT365 PLAYS SEVERAL key roles across universities and multiple other sectors. Another obvious strong point of the cloud-based solution is the live camera viewing feature.

Again, using the example of student accommodation, if an incident arises, ACT365 links events at doors through video footage so campus security can quickly identify and react. Live and recorded footage can be viewed remotely and footage can be used in evidence.
