Wessex Fire & Security has promoted two of its longest serving staff members to new key customer service positions. Dee Marsh and Lisa Merefield between them have over 40 years with the company that is part of the Wessex Group, based in Shaftesbury, Dorset.

Working alongside Service Manager Jess Lutwyche, the pair routinely visit clients to resolve queries and help them get the most from the systems and equipment installed and maintained by the company.

Wessex Fire & Security managing director Chris Stott said: “Dee and Lisa have been with us for a long time and both really understand the needs of customers. Both will be working across the residential and commercial parts of our business and will be keeping customers aware of developments in the industry and everything that is new and available from us. They will be working with our Service Manager but also with the Quality Manager to ensure our service is always kept at the highest possible level”.

Dee joined the company 24 years ago as an after-school filing girl and Lisa started at Wessex Building Services in 2008 before moving to the fire and security part of the group in 2003.
