According to newspaper reports that recently described the story as showing the ‘worst parking ever’, the driver of a white Citroen replied “so what” when he was confronted as to why he had rammed his car into another parked vehicle when attempting to park.

According to the Daily Mail, footage of the parking attempt was caught on CCTV by Bank Street News, next door to the Lloyds Bank on Bank Street, Hythe, Kent.

The car in the space behind the empty spot was filmed being pushed out the way as the Citroen attempts to squeeze into a disabled parking bay. The owner of the pushed car said: “I didn’t notice my car had been hit until a lady in the wheelchair told me the man had hit my car and pushed it back.”

The already parked car was not badly damaged from the manoeuvre however the ‘pushy’ driver did not contact the owner of despite a note being left on the windscreen.
