Securi-Guard Monitoring has been awarded certification to the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Standard by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI). The company’s quality systems and procedures were recently audited by the NSI to ensure its compliance with the new standard, as laid down by the International Standards Organisation (ISO).
The accreditation means that Securi-Guard Monitoring is reportedly one of only three monitoring providers in the UK with five gold awards under the NSI Alarm Receiving Centre Gold Scheme.
Kim Precious, Managing Director Securi-Guard Monitoring, said: “The fact we are now in a very select group of monitoring companies, with five NSI Gold ARC awards and certified to the latest quality standard, shows the hard work and commitment we have put in to meeting our obligations in terms of quality management and delivering excellent services.”
The scope of the Gold accreditation covers the company’s range of monitoring services including security alarm monitoring, fire alarm monitoring, CCTV monitoring, lone worker alarm monitoring and vehicle tracking and the new accreditation comes as the ARC celebrated its 20th anniversary.
