The Future of Security Theatre returns to IFSEC

by Andy Clutton

IFSEC International organisers have announced the return of the Future of Security Theatre, in collaboration with Tavcom Training, to the event for 2020. Furthermore, the theatre will be sponsored for the first time by Texecom.

The theatre educates visitors about the changing security landscape, highlighting the latest technology and biggest ideas shaping the sector. Last year it hosted several Tavcom tutors, as well as the BSIA’s Steve Lampett, James Morris, Director of at ASIS UK, Prof. Alison Wakefield, Chairman of the Security Institute, and BT security managers Ruth Sanders and Sodhi Dhillon.

Clym Brown, Marketing Director at Texecom commented: “We are delighted that installers visiting IFSEC will have the opportunity to learn and gain knowledge from the Future of Security Theatre.”
